When we think of Addie, we smile because she had one of the jolliest laughs! We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to live in the "Gates" House after Addie sold it to us in 1988... what a beautiful home. She was a great lady. We extend our sincerest condolences.

What a great lady. While we only worked together for a short period of time, she was always a joy to talk to and had a smile for all who came her way. She also had an uncanny ability to beat all of us at Coudersport High School in the weekly football pool. God's speed, Mrs. Gates.

The world would be a much better place if it had more people like Mrs. Gates in it. So sorry for your loss.

Very sorry to hear of Addie's passing. She was the school nurse when I was in school, and was great with us kids. In later years, I had the pleasure of knowing her in The Office Girls Club of Coudersport. She will be greatly missed by all she has touched over the years.
