Deborah Johnson Hoffman Obituary

Deborah S. Johnson Hoffman, 69, of Coudersport, died Friday, March 12, 2021 at her home after an extended illness.

Deborah was born on October 11, 1951, in Port Allegany, the daughter of the late Donald and Elsie (Johnson) Johnson.

Deborah was a graduate of Coudersport High School, Class of 1968 and attended the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford for one year.  She was a house keeper and care giver for Country Meadows, retiring in 2010.  She was a member of the Gospel Tabernacle, enjoyed old movies, game shows and spending time with her family.  She also enjoyed fantasy movies including Harry Potter, Marvel and the Legend of the Stone.

Deborah is survived by sons, Jeremy (Catherina) Hoffman of Harker Heights, TX; Joseph (Stephanie) Johnson of Hummelstown; daughters, Christina (Steven) Smith of Papillion, NE; Diana (Dylan) Sherwood of Ulysses; Jessica Hoffman of Angelica, NY; a brother, Christopher Johnson of Mercer; sisters, Susan Richmond of Sioux Falls, SD; Kathy House of Wolsey, SD; 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. 
In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Johnson.

A private celebration of Deborah’s life will be held at a later date.
