Walter J. Visneski, Sr.

Walter J. Visneski Sr., 86 of Austin, PA passed away June 17, 2016 at Sweden Valley Manor in
Coudersport, PA.
Born December 30, 1929 in Force, PA he was the son of Stanley A. and Edna V. Rajchaticka Visneski. On May 24, 1952 he married Barbara L. Barnett who survives.
He enlisted and served in the U S Navy.
Walter worked at Sylvania Electric in St. Marys for 40 years retiring in 1988. He was a lifetime member of the Austin-Costello Sportsmans Club. He loved to fish and play cards with his sister, her husband and some nieces. Walter loved living in Austin and his little peace of paradise.
Walter is survived by his wife , Barbara, and 4children; Walter J. Visneski, Jr., Strattanville, PA, Kathleen (Brian) Baker, Johnsonburg, PA, Valerie Mowrey, St. Marys, PA and Christopher (Kerry) Ehrensberger, Austin, PA, 9 grandchildren, Justin (Amanda) Visneski, Kara Ingram, Benjamin Visneski, Joella (James) Fiorella, Joey Cherry, Laura Valentine, Dustin Valentine and 15 great-grandchildren. He was deceased by his parents, son Michael Ehrensberger, daughter Mary Beth 3 brothers ; Edward, Stanley and Vincent and 6 sisters: Grace, Virginia, Felchia, Sigmonda, Bertha and Theophila.
Friends and family are invited to attend Walters memorial service Friday June, 24, 2016 at 10am at the St. Augustine Catholic Church, Austin, PA, Rev. Joseph Daugherty officiating. Following the memorial service an informal reception will be held at the VFW in Austin.
