Thomas F. Faust

Thomas F. Faust, 74, of Coudersport passed away Wednesday September 10, 2025, at UPMC Cole. He was born at home October 4, 1950, in Perkiomenville PA to James William and Doris Ella (Hunter) Faust. On February 17, 1981 he married the love of his life Sharon Chapman whom he shared 44 years of devoted marriage. Thomas was a hard worker; a "jack of all trades". He retired from Kutztown University after working in the custodial department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, drinking beer, and spending time with his family. He was always the life of the party. Laughter and good times followed him. Thomas is survived by his wife: Sharon Faust of Coudersport; a son James Faust of Pottsville; three daughters Christa Faust of Reading, Beverly Mercado (spouse Jorge) of Reading, and Amy Faust of Coudersport; eight grand children: Lydia Mercado, Emma Bussey, Alivia Bussey, Elizabeth Tuttle, Bailey Tuttle, Anna Faust, Landon Wyman, and Jade Faust; three brothers Dennis Faust, James Faust, and Monte Faust; and two sisters Freda Ford-Bey, and Sylvia Cushman. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister: Carol Nihart, and a brother: George Faust. He was a dedicated husband, loving father, wonderful man, and will be truly missed by his family.
