Sandra Chang, 87, of Coudersport, formerly of Alexandria, VA, passed away on Wednesday, Aug 20, 2025 at UPMC Cole Place, Coudersport. She was born on March 23, 1938 in Seoul, Korea. She is survived by hers sons: Hi (Angela) Chang of Coudersport; and David (Hyun) Chang of Pasadena, MD. A celebration of Sandra's life in Alexandria, VA may be announced at a later date.
