Jerry Lee Crumrine, 65, of Austin, PA died Monday, February 15, 2016 in Robert Packer Hospital, Sayre, PA.
Born on June 5, 1950 in Waynesburg, PA he was the son of Guy H. and Vivian Jeffers Crumrine. On July 14, 1976 he married Carol Breck Crumrine who survives.
Jerry was a graduate of Austin High School. He worked for many years for the PA Conservation Corps as a group leader stationed in Emporium, PA. He was a member of the Austin Free Methodist Church. Jerry enjoyed the outdoors especially hunting and fishing, loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Carol are his children, Brian (Teri) Crumrine , Emporium, PA, Scott (Amanda) Crumrine , Austin, PA, Tristin (Amanda Farren) Crumrine , Emporium, PA , Adam Crumrine , Freedom, PA and Tory (Jim Dieffenderfer) Crumrine , Austin, PA, brothers; Myron “Mac” (Karen) Crumrine, David (Cindy) Crumrine, and Bruce Crumrine. He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery, Austin, PA. Memorials may be made to the Austin Volunteer Ambulance/ Fire Assn., P. O. Box 328, Austin, PA 16720.
