George R. Glover

George “Rick” Glover, 61, of Austin, passed away on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at his home. Rick was born on December 21, 1962, the son of the late Thomas and Lula (Eck) Glover. He married his wife Sherri Crawford, his world, on September 9, 1989.

Rick worked in construction. He and his wife were previous owners of the Costello General Store. He was a member of the Austin Costello Sportsmen's Club, and enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his great granddaughter Jacelyn.

In addition to his wife, his soulmate, whom he loved dearly, along with their family dog Rosie, Rick is survived by 4 brothers;  Rich(Nancy) Glover, Tom(Penny) Glover and Joe(Vida) Glover all of Austin; Bruce Glover of Emporium, sister-in-laws Cindy Glover of Austin; Laurie Hoopsick of Erie Pa.; brother in law Raymond Crawford of Erie Pa, a granddaughter Cerissa Glover(Luke), a great granddaughter, Jacelyn Dynda, nieces: Crystal(Joe) Burgett, Amber(Josh)Roeske, Carey, Shelly, and Lindy Glover, Jamie Gentzel, Liz Eberle, Renee Ando, and nephews:Corey, Tim, Rich, Joey, Jeremy, Shawn, and Bruce Glover, Curt Leightley In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by a son, Jason R. Glover, brothers, Chuck and Alb Glover, and a sister, Joanie Tilburg.

There will be no funeral or memorial service.
