Donna M. (Abbott) Long, 84, of Coudersport, PA died unexpectedly at her home Saturday, December 9, 2017.
Donna was born August 2, 1933 in Coudersport, she was the daughter of the late William B. and Flossie (Ostrander) Abbott. On November 3, 1973 she married Samuel W. Long, who preceded her in death March 6, 2009.
Donna was a Coudersport High School graduate. She worked for many years at Midland Optical. She was a true homemaker who enjoyed sewing, drawing and puzzles. She attended services at the Park United Methodist Church.
Donna is survived by her sister in-law Maxine Abbott of West Virginia and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, Ronald “Bud” Abbott, Richard Abbott, and William Abbott; two sisters, June Corey and Beatrice Orlowski.
In keeping with Donna's wishes, no services will be held. Her burial will take place in Eulalia Cemetery.
