Cynthia H. Fernstrom

Cynthia H. Fernstrom, 47, of Port Allegany, passed away September 5, 2022 at her home following an extended illness. She was born on November 13, 1974, in Warwick, RI, the daughter of the late Arthur and Elaine (Waterman) Fernstrom.

Cynthia loved the ocean, fishing, and horses and was family focused.  Left to cherish her memory are her long time companion, Daniel Matteson, sons, Eric Anderson of Cranston, RI; Daniel (Ashley) Jordan of Roulette; and Timothy Matteson of Port Allegany; brothers, David and Jimmy Fernstrom both of Pomfret, CT; a grandson, Cyrus Jordon and another grandchild on the way.

At Cynthia’s wishes there will be no visitation of services.  The family has entrusted the Thomas E. Fickinger Funeral Home, 210 N. East St., Coudersport, with her arrangements.
